Crip Care is a disabled-led and queer-led organization building community, advancing disability justice, and supporting Disabled people across Connecticut who are the most impacted by ableism, racism, fascism, and other forms of oppression. 

What We Do

• Advance policy change that improves the lives of multiply marginalized Disabled people in Connecticut.

• Build community knowledge through research, storytelling, and sharing resources.

• Make social justice movements more accessible and inclusive for Disabled people.

• Support Disabled people most impacted by oppression to lead, organize, and create projects that strengthen their communities.

• Grow crip culture by creating and sharing Disabled art, stories, and knowledge that transform how disability is understood.
